Al via dopo l’estate con Gli Stati Generali della Musica
A seguito delle campagne #senzamusica e #iolavoroconlamusica, del flash mob del 21 giugno in piazza Duomo a Milano e a un primo confronto con una delegazione di musicisti, su proposta del Ministro per i beni e le attività culturali e per il turismo, Dario Franceschini, ieri mattina si è tenuta una riunione tecnica con gli artisti Manuel Agnelli e Diodato e i delegati del coordinamento La Musica Che Gira, Fondazione Centro Studi Doc e KeepOn Live (Associazione di categoria Live Club e Festival) aderenti al Forum Arte e Spettacolo, per confrontarsi sugli strumenti a garanzia del sostegno al settore musicale.
L’incontro – che ha visto la partecipazione del Segretario Generale del MiBACT, Salvatore Nastasi, del capo di Gabinetto, Lorenzo Casini e del Direttore Generale per lo Spettacolo dal Vivo, Onofrio Cutaia – è stato terreno fertile per la presentazione di alcune proposte da parte degli esperti delle associazioni per estendere le tutele sociali, supportare le attività imprenditoriali della musica dal vivo e stimolare una riforma organica del settore.
Il MiBACT ha ribadito l’impegno a risolvere la situazione dei lavoratori intermittenti dello spettacolo senza tutele già nel corso dell’esame parlamentare del decreto Rilancio e a rafforzare le misure di ristoro per il settore con provvedimenti includenti anche i soggetti promotori della musica dal vivo, i live club e i festival, realtà che stanno conoscendo tempi più lunghi per la ripresa, anche a causa delle misure cautelative ancora in essere.
Superata la fase emergenziale, il MiBACT si è impegnato a proseguire ed allargare il dialogo alle altre realtà del settore per mettere in campo misure di riforma strutturale, in particolare attente al lavoro, alle forme contrattuali e alle tutele sociali.
È stata quindi accolta la proposta della delegazione ricevuta il 26 giugno e il MiBACT indirà dopo l’estate gli Stati Generali della Musica.
